We are looking for a versatile individual contributor who is eager to explore and learn about different business functions while figuring out how he or she wants to make a mark at Autodesk and in the world.

As the Communications Business Partner within our Global Sales Organization (GSO) Sales Enablement teamyou will “own” building and leading integrated communications plans and programs within Worldwide Sales and Services (WWSS). This new role will report into the Sr. Manager, Strategic Communications and will work collaboratively with sales executives to communicate and collaborate on the next generation of enablement programs and processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in executive communications, building high-impact strategic communications and developing communications programs.

While your focus is on communications, you have the latitude to work in-depth on projects that interest you and that will support the goals of the team.

In this role, you will work primarily with the Sales Enablement team, which is responsible for providing sales with the knowledge and skills they need to be successful.  You role will be focused on communications-related projects.

Role

Responsible for executive external and internal communications strategies and programs for the GSO business leader and VP of Named Account Sales

Support various WWSS sales leaders depending upon business needs and priorities

Advise, consult, and partner with sales leadership to oversee internal business communication services, change management and sales employee communication

Track, define and report communication success metrics

Key Responsibilities

Trusted advisor to the VP, Global Sales Operations and VP, Global Services with the ability to translate complex concepts into communications that resonate with partners, customers and employees

Create annual and quarterly communication strategy and execution plans that includes messaging approach for various meetings (all hands, town halls, etc…) and digital distribution platforms (email, blogs, Chatter, LinkedIn, Slack, SharePoint, Salesforce, etc…)

Develop and deliver high quality materials to satisfy a full range of communication needs for traditional and social distribution

Detail oriented with the ability to keep ‘big picture’ perspective

Enhance employee experience to align with a culture of growth and employee engagement

Support active collaboration and ongoing improvements to WWSS and GSO communication platforms

Develop content and manage delivery of GSO / WWSS key priority messaging for global meetings (all hands, operational reviews, global summits, partner & customer events, analyst presentations, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

Excellent verbal/ written communications and superior presentation development skills

BA/BS degree

7+ years’ experience in digital communications / speech writing / executive content development in a sales, channel or partner environment. 2+ years working for Global Technology company and experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)

Excellent track record in business stakeholder management, ability to manage sensitive information and non-disclosure of confidential information

Familiarity with speaker development programs, scripting/messaging, event management and content creation

Highly creative thinker who can brainstorm and challenge the status quo, interested in big challenges

Energetic, thrives in a rapid paced environment
