Our program is extremely flexible for both the mentor and mentee. Whether you’re a young professional seeking guidance from a seasoned expert or looking to connect with peers in different functional areas, this program is for you.
Empowering Mentors
Decide the topic that best aligns with your expertise and interests. Presentations are optional. Simply introduce yourself and provide an overview of the topic and dive into the discussion. Field questions and engage in meaningful dialogue.

Mentees
Embark on a journey of growth, connection and empowerment – and meet new friends. By participating, you’ll gain exposure to the resources and expertise of IABC members, showcasing the diverse talents within our community. You will experience a comfortable and friendly environment to put you at ease at asking questions. We ask for a $10 refundable fee to reserve your spot. Upon attendance, this fee is refunded.
